Cottonwood Restaurant on the hilltop over-looking historic downtown Truckee is hiring kitchen staff to join our team. We are a favorite year round dinner spot and bar for locals and visitors alike. This is a fast paced, fun kitchen where we focus on a seasonal menu with nightly specials.
Looking for a PM line cook with 2 years experience preferred, but are willing to teach the right person. Experienced person should be able to perform the following: grill, saute, prep, fry, prep, follow recipes/make food to order.
