Truckee Bagel Company of Reno is hiring a baker to support our growing business!
We are looking for people who are fun, passionate about our product and our customers, dependable, hard-working, and willing to lend a hand to support their teammates across the full spectrum of duties involved in operating our business.
Duties include:
Organizing and executing a list of product needs from our retail stores, wholesale customers and special orders.
Mixing baking ingredients and following recipe instructions to create a wide variety of bagels and related baked goods
Organizing the bake to ensure highest quality products and more efficient use of your time and company resources
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
While we are more than willing to train the right person who demonstrates the above characteristics, we do prefer candidates who have baking experience.
This is a late-night to early morning position, please ensure this is the shift you are interested in working before applying.
