We are seeking a full time and part-time Patient Coordinator/Front Desk person with the opportunity to grow and advance within a new state of the art Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice and medical spa in Reno/Tahoe, Nevada.
The person we hire will needs to be friendly, confident, understanding and compassionate to deliver a one-of-a kind patient experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Excel in patient relations and patient service
Be to be able to handle a high-volume office
Must have a serious drive to provide excellent customer service to our patients with a focused attention to detail and organization
Qualifications and Skills
On-site training will be provided. Experience in providing an exceptional patient, customer service is necessary. Knowledge of medical billing is a plus but not necessary for consideration. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greeting all patients
Being the face of the practice to engage and help make the patient experience exceptional
Scheduling appointments for providers within the practice
Entering patient data accurately, updating patient records
Working hand in hand with the billing department and providers to ensure quality service
The ability to work with spreadsheets and electronic medical record
