BST Workers - Adult Homes
Support Team Members provide therapeutic services for Adults Clients in the Reno/Sparks area. We offer individualized skill building education using positive reinforcement and modeling to enhance clients Basic Living, Communication, and Social Skills. These services include but are not limited to medication management, daily appointments, prompting ADL's, organizational skills, assistance with seeking employment/housing, and addressing educational needs. Our Group Homes provide a secure, consistent living arrangement that helps our clients feel safe while working towards independent living in our community.
Requirements:
You must have strong boundaries and the ability to maintain patience with a variety of personalities.
Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, Current Registration and Current Vehicle Insurance are mandatory for this position.
Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
CPR certification and a clear TB test is mandatory.
In Home Support Team Member - Youth Homes
Support Team Members provide therapeutic services for Youth in the Reno/Sparks area. We offer individualized skill building education using positive reinforcement and modeling to prepare youth for independent living. These skills include but are not limited to medication management, daily appointments, prompting ADL's, organizational skills, assistance with seeking employment/housing, and preparing for higher education.
Requirements:
You must have strong boundaries and the ability to maintain patience with a variety of personalities.
Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, Current Registration and Current Vehicle Insurance are mandatory.
Must have Current WCDSS clearance.
CPR certification and a clear TB test is mandatory.
PSR Worker:
Looking for enthusiastic, caring professionals with PSR & BST experience to work with Adult and Youth Clients. You will assist and support clients with Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) and Basic Skills Training (BST). PSR workers provide intense in-home and community-based interventions which assist our clients with living independently. BST provides individualized skill building for our clients to enhance independent daily living through positive reinforcement and modeling.
Requirements:
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in a human, social services, or behavioral field with additional understanding of RMH treatment services and case file documentation requirements.
You must have strong boundaries and the ability to maintain patience with a variety of personalities.
Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, Current Registration and Current Vehicle Insurance are mandatory.
Must be Medicaid Approved and be must be cleared through WCDSS.
CPR certification and a clear TB test is mandatory.
House Manager
Looking for enthusiastic, caring professionals with supervisory experience. The House Manager will assist and support clients with day to day activities as well as perform supervisory duties. House Managers are responsible for all activities in the home and are required to supervise Team Members.
The Ideal House Manager:
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in a human, social services, or behavioral field.
Has 3 years experience in the care giving field.
Has 3 years supervisory experience.
Has strong boundaries and the ability to maintain patience with a variety of personalities.
Has Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, Current Registration and Current Vehicle Insurance are mandatory.
Be Medicaid Approved - preferred.
CPR certification and a clear TB test is mandatory.
Clear Background Check is mandatory.
