Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Experience
Must demonstrate proficiency with PC systems and basic applications
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-orientated, organized, a quick learner
Ability to work independently or part of a team
Ability to multi-task - friendly, enthusiastic, motivated
Willing to provide customer services beyond expectation
