MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. - Motivated applicants only.
2. - Minimum 18 years of age for insurance purposes.
3. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
4. - Valid driver's license with good driving record. Must supply employer with current DMV printout at time of hire.
5. - Must be flexible in scheduling and able to work overtime as needed during hours shop is open. Shop hours Monday-Friday are 7:30am-5:30pm; and Saturday are 8am-4pm.
6. - Must have good customer interaction skills and be a good team player.
7. - Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on occasion.
Entry-level Tire/Lube Technicians needed for busy family owned shop with a friendly, professional work environment. This position is perfect for highly motivated individuals looking to begin a great career in automotive service and repair. We will train the right candidates.
Technician duties:
Lube, Oil and Filter, Basic Maintenance, air filters, batteries, wiper blades, mount, dismount, balance, and properly rotate tires, perform flat repairs, reset TPMS systems. Must have valid Drivers License with no major infractions.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining safety standards, maintenance and cleanliness, demonstrate dependability and reliability by being punctual, working assigned shifts and completing responsibilities in a timely manner and interact politely and effectively with customers and associates.
