Duties: Examines customer vehicle and discusses the nature and extent of damage/malfunction. Troubleshoot vehicle systems such as electronic, hydraulic, suspension, etc. Travels and performs on-site service. Train customers in repairing and servicing their new and/or used PistenBully. Assist in demonstration of PistenBully machines for customers; attend trade shows
Education/Experience: High school diploma; general education degee (GED); two to five years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have practical working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and possess adequate set of tools
