Property Management Company is seeking a Part Time General Maintenance Tech skilled with light plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, sheetrock repairs, landscaping/irrigation, and overall general repairs. Position will likely progress to full-time employment.
The Maintenance Technician will turn over vacant rental properties in addition to completing service calls, and conducting preventative maintenance inspections on occupied unit.
Applicants must be honest and efficient, have a pick up truck, valid Nevada driver's license, basic tools, smartphone and working knowledge of text and email communication.
Chosen applicants will receive $20.00 per hour and non-taxable automobile and phone allowances each pay period.
