We produce and distribute a proprietary product used in fire suppression systems. This is a small start up company that is growing rapidly.
THE POSITION
Assembly of product to meet order requirements. Much "hands on" work putting together units to ship. Components are small but not tiny. We make 200 - 500 units daily and there is a lot of redundancy and repetition.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be punctual and accountable. This means arriving BEFORE your time starts and being prepared to work when it is time to do so. Others will be depending on your ability to be at work.
Must be personable. We have a very good work atmosphere without added pressure from others or micro-management from the owner.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and help to unload and shelve parts.
You must be a quick learner. This is not a difficult position.
COMPENSATION
Pay is weekly. The wage is a very good one and room for growth in position and compensation in the future is certainly there.
Once again, this is a start up business. We work a 40 hour workweek, 7:30am - 3:30pm. This leaves plenty of personal time in the afternoons for everyone.
