Our positions are temp. to hire in partnership with MS-IL Staffing. Temporary employees will have the opportunity to convert to Thrive Market employee after they have worked 480 hours!

We currently have openings for Fulfillment Thrivers to join our amazing team where you'll be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community and our vendors.
Please note- Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken. We also ask that you wear a face mask to the hiring event. We will require and provide gloves. The event will also be set up to ensure social distance
What You'll Do...
· Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect and audit all with safety, care and speed;
· Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary.

· Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
What You've Accomplished...
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED);
· Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience preferred;
· Experience with hand-held scanners;
· An excellent work track record.

Shifts that We Currently Have Available:
· Shift 1 Outbound: Sunday through Wednesday 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM
· Shift 2 Outbound: Sunday through Wednesday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
· Shift 3 Outbound: Wednesday through Saturday 4:45 AM to 5:15 PM
· Shift 4 Outbound: Wednesday to Saturday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
· Inbound Back Half: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
