Job Duties:
Traditional administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, file audit, making
scans, ordering supplies, organizing office, obtaining documents, research, follow up on files,
managing company calendar, managing process/file flow, making appointments, filling out
forms, making outbound calls, attending networking events, managing and planning corporate
events, travel booking, marketing, mailing, email campaigns and adding value to a group of
mortgage originators and executives.
Requirements:
HS Diploma - Min
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
High level of organizational skills
Ability to pass NMLS exam within 90 days of hire - training and resources provided
Previous Executive Assistant or Admin experience
Prior experience in sales/customer service is preferred
Professional demeanor and strong communication ability
Customer service oriented personality
Comfortable meeting new people and establishing professional rapport
Ability to confidently make first contact and follow up phone calls
A strong drive to excel and motivation to achieve goals
Compensation:
