Home Business needs an Assistant with great customer service skills {15-25 hours a week}.
Customer Calls: accounts receivables; general customer service calls
We sell / install Restaurant Point of Sale Systems - need assistance with Menu Builds
Light Sales: assist sales manager with on line / telephone demos to existing customer base; follow up sales calls to check status; follow up on previously produced quotes
Admin: process paperwork with parent software company
General Assistant Responsibilities: organize and update customer contact database; special projects
Position requires a confident and personable telephone voice; capable of self organizing and general computer skills.
+ Technical Skills - excel spreadsheets a plus
+ Restaurant and Point of Sale experience a plus
+ Spanish speaking
Must have reliable transportation
