Looking for a friendly people-person with great communication skills. Detail oriented with some organizational skills.
No construction experience needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Face of the front office, answer phone calls, help with walk-in questions, manage and track deliveries, keep the office organized and clean.
Filing
Process field paperwork, help maintain digital files
Track insurance and send Subcontract Agreements
Assist with HR and maintaining OSHA standards at job sites
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, strong verbal, written, and phone communication
Typing and computer skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team
