1. Prepare Documents (Proposals, California Preliminary Notices, Contracts, Invoices, Estimates, etc.)
2. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
3. Improve systems and procedures
4. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
5. Manage Schedules
6. Follow up on all projects
Qualifications and must have skills:
A minimum of 5 years of experience, Accounting, Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Data Entry Management, Quickbooks Certified.
