Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of the office
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Utilize Microsoft 365 to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.
-Keep accurate counts of inventory.
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Strong clerical skills including filing, copying, scanning, etc.
This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and warehouse by providing administrative support and coordinating various projects.
