We are a family oriented locally owned family company that sells pool and hot tub supplies, parts, chemicals and generally everything needed to take care of a pool or hot tub. We help customers understand how to maintain their water chemistry. We help customers with repairs needed for their pool or hot tub, including scheduling repair calls for our service technicians. If you've worked for any kind of construction or service company, you've performed tasks that we need someone to do. We treat our customers with the utmost respect and help out in any way we can.
Job Responsibilities include: cashier, greeting customers, answering phones, working directly with the customer, point of sale credit card processing, scheduling (using Google Calendar), receptionist duties, stocking shelves, filing paperwork etc. On the Service side, duties include scheduling repairs, parts ordering, warranty processing, work order creation/closing, etc. Prior experience with Service company (HVAC, Plumbing, construction, etc) will be helpful but not required. Prior experience with pool and spa chemistry a HUGE PLUS but not required! Working hours are approximately 10:00am to 5:30pm. 4 weekdays and Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Must be professional, well presented and be able to treat customers with respect and a sense of urgency. Pay is DOE.
