Estimator/Project Manager for Structural Steel Fabrication Company located just outside Carson City, NV.
Potential candidates should have at least 5 years industry experience. Must be able to interact with employees, superintendents, project managers, and related subcontractors with material purchasing, scheduling and construction of residential, commercial and industrial jobs. Requires the ability to read and interpret design drawings, bid plans, prepare estimates and review contract documents including, but not limited to: submittals, budgets and schedules of values.
Computer skills with familiarity and knowledge of Office programs especially Excel spreadsheets a must. Must have good communication skills and the desire to excel in the industry.
