The ideal candidate must be willing to take a fresh approach as they respond to customer inquiries via email and phone. Overall, this position requires that he/she can easily adapt into our delight philosophy and provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every day.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Rate of pay: $16/hr

Start date: 10/5 or 10/12/2020

This position will begin in our office environment for the first two weeks, then proceed to a remote, work from home position after training.

Responsibilities:

Answer support calls and e-mails daily (approximately 80+)

Identify, process, and complete basic to intermediate design fixes for customer orders

Help customers in a professional and timely matter including, but not limited to:

Process return orders

Cancellations

Replacements

Promotional offers

Status of orders

Design help

Website navigation

Other general customer service duties

Communicates effectively to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their Zazzle experience

Exude confidence with a professional demeanor

Understand and preserve company goals as well as drive and motive fellow team members to accomplish them

Adapt to our delight philosophy

Ability to conduct research on orders and use available resources

Minimum Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills - our motto is "Amaze the Customer"

Proven success with managing difficult customer situations

Team oriented and works well with others

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Competent in using the following programs:

Windows (PC)

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Excel

Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc)

Technological inclinations are a plus

Quick learner and ability to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment

Receptive to constructive feedback and developmental instruction

Ability to learn swiftly and apply techniques in a valuable and productive manner

Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking ability and organization

High School Degree or equivalent

Desirable

Some college experience preferred
