As the summer season arrives and our traffic picks up, we are looking to add to our maintenance department. Silver Ridge Apartments is currently seeking a full time Maintenance Tech to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
Responsible for all preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings, common areas, clubhouse and handling maintenance service requests. Light trash pick-up and notice delivery during down time. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting, knowledge of electricity, plumbing, appliance repair and if possible, HVAC.
Requirements
Must be dependable, reliable, have great communication skills. Use of personal vehicle and over time may be required. Company offers millage reimbursement. Must be able to pass criminal background check.
