Onsite manager opportunity for a single location with 75-100 apartments
Compensation:
$30,000-35,000 annual salary DOE; 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment onsite at zero rent; $150 credit toward monthly utilities.
Position Description:
The onsite property manager will work with an off-site property management company. You would live onsite at the 2 BR, 1 Bath apartment, and utilize the onsite office during its business hours, handling marketing, rental screening, leasing, enforcement of lease terms, receiving and addressing repair calls, complaints, and appreciation from residents; daily walk of property and laundry room check/cleanup; oversight of maintenance and property condition; collection of rent and laundry income, evictions, and other typical elements of residential property management.
Requirements to Qualify for Consideration:
Minimum five years’ experience as a residential manager
Experience with property management software
Bilingual
Able to maintain confidentiality; non-judgmental; professional communication
Well-organized, reliable, proactive with good communication and problem-solving skills
General Requirements:
Valid Nevada Driver’s License and insured and registered vehicle
Must pass a criminal background and credit check
