Hello! You must be very organized, self starter, 60+ WPM, have a keen attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines.
Would also be responsible for creating marketing materials, database management and transaction/escrow coordination. Able to diffuse difficult customer situations with tact and ease
Experienced real estate assistants only apply.
Must be computer literate;
Knowledge of escrow, Title insurance and mortgage process
Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook)
Internet web site savvy
Knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software
