Job Qualifications:
Must have: At least 1 year of experience in McDonald's restaurant management as a GM
Outstanding attitude
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Polished and professional
Passion for hospitality and leadership
Self discipline and motivation
Ability to motivate and train staff per company policy and procedure
Experience and knowledge with food / labor cost controls
Maintain the highest standards in guest service while keeping up with high volume
It takes the best of the best to lead the team!.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes working holidays and late hours
Must be willing to work 50 hours per week
Serv Safe Certified and HU graduate a plus
