A successful candidate is able to work active full days with the trees and shrubs, derive satisfaction from selling alongside passionate and friendly gardeners in a fast-paced retail environment and tolerate sun and heat. A successful candidate is socially-engaging and has a wealth of knowledge to offer customers.
