Based in Carson City, NV and reaching customers in the greater Reno-Carson City-Minden-Gardnerville area, 20 years of experience and growth has created a need for a Business Sales Representative.

Job summary

Generating new business by prospecting, getting referrals, networking, researching, and setting up appointments. Canvasing local businesses in person and other communications to present DeBug Computer services. Outbound and cold calling to prospective accounts. Designing individual account strategies in order to increase the level of sales for the accounts. Identifying customer needs and maximize up selling and cross selling opportunities. Keeping updated on presentation skills and selling products, programs, and added-values to the customers.

Summary of essential job functions

• Generate new “small business” opportunities for DeBug Computer solutions.

• Maintains relationships with existing “small business” clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• Propose hardware / software / service solutions to advance customer/prospect position.

• Handle client inquiries, issues, complaints while maintaining a positive relationship with existing clientele.

• Grow clientele by initiating contact with new leads and existing customers, giving introduction to DeBug Computer and following up on these opportunities.

• Assess customer needs and sell products & services.

• Propose contracts to new and existing clients and negotiate terms.

• Presentation of proposed agreements to new clients.

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Consistently track potential client contact information and new opportunity progress.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services DeBug Computer offers and be able to make appropriate recommendations.

• Applying solution selling methodologies.

• Generate a sales plan to identify and qualify new opportunities.

• Local travel required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills necessary

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience

• Experience in the technology industry required

• Skilled in discussing technical details

• Possess ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

• Skilled in problem solving and consultative ability required

• Confident and friendly communication style

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work independently

• Presentation Skills

• High Energy

• Ability to Negotiate

• Ability to Prospect
