Responsibilities
What is a Wellness Coordinator? Glad you asked! As a Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will be the first point of contact for patients. Youll play a key role in making each of them feel at home and welcome. From a patient's first visit, our Wellness Coordinators are trusted to offer guidance and customer service as they work with our Doctors of Chiropractic to reach their fullest health potential. You will also be responsible for presenting our pricing options to new patients so they can continue their chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates, anywhere. In addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized work place will be important for your success.
Summary of Essential Job Functions

Enthusiastic about helping others and participating in a team environment
Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Greet and assist guests and members with the completion of required paperwork
Educate guests and members on wellness offerings and services
Sell the Wellness Plan or Visit Package that is best suited to the guests and members treatment plan according to the doctor's recommendation
Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all guests and members accounts are current and accurate
Manage clinic phone calls (we do not take appointments)
Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new guests and members counts
Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked
Manage the flow of guests and members through the clinic in an organized manner
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
1 year retail/sales experience preferred
Cheerful and positive attitude
Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner and phone system
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Maintain a professional appearance and wear Company approved attire
Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
Willingness to learn and grow
Office management or marketing experience is a plus!

Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
