Tahoe Mountain Lodging is seeking a full time year round Building Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance and quality upkeep of all fractional cabins, town homes, villas including grounds other properties included in the home care program.
Any combination of education and work experience that allows the Building Maintenance Technician to perform his/hers job at satisfactory level is acceptable. One way of obtaining these skills would be working in one or more of the building trades for a period of four or more years. Must demonstrate good communications and computer skills, including written and verbal. Must be motivated and a self“starter. Have the capable of operating all tools required to perform the job in a safe and professional manner.
