JOB DESCRIPTION: Construction Managers Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time $40k to $50k annual DOE
Established Contractor starting a new community.
Construction Managers assistant needed at a residential construction project in Carson City. MUST have valid drivers license, clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Minimum 3 years in construction with 1 year in management.
To provide on-site supervision and work under the direction of the manager including assisting in the scheduling and management of subcontractors, overseeing day-to-day operations and on-site problems, attending and participating in weekly project meetings at job site, communicating all field changes to manager, monitoring job site to ensure quality control and safety procedures are maintained, perform additional assignments per managers direction.
