DIESEL MECHANIC / HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Full Time Position in Truckee, CA ▪ Competitive Pay ▪ Excellent Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 D.O.E.
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day)
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Knowledge of procedures, tools, equipment, materials used in repair and maintenance of motorized equipment.
Knowledge of air brake, hydraulic and electrical systems, DOT compliance.
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair.
Ability to read and comprehend service and technical information.
Experience in automotive/truck, light or heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Provide personal tools.
Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
Pre employment drug testing and a physical required.
PREFERRED:
Completion of recognized heavy duty equipment mechanic apprenticeship.
Certification in CFC removal and disposal.
Clean DMV record; CDL Class B with Air Brakes.
Basic knowledge of diagnostics with DMM.
Experience with ShopKey Pro, Cummins INSITE, and Ford IDS.
