Journeyman: 3-8 years of progressive experience plus coaching mindset
Foreman: 8+ years of progressive experience plus leadership mindset

About the Role:
Our team is growing and we’re looking for Journeyman and Foreman Electricians who are as obsessed with efficiency, excellence, and empowerment as we are to join our team located in Truckee, CA and want to help us deliver high-quality electrical infrastructure for both high-end custom residential and commercial construction projects.
Who You Are:
You're the person who Can confidently interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
Has the knowledge and skills to install, repair, maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems on both small- and large-scale custom projects.
Stays cool under pressure, communicates clearly, and brings people together to get the job done
Thrives on structure and systems, but can pivot and adapt when it means making the customer happy
Has working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and safety regulations
Most importantly, you believe that how we show up is just as important as what we get done on the list each day. You bring your best attitude, gratitude, and integrity to every situation, and you’re the kind of person who looks for the lesson—not just the frustration—when things go sideways (which they will!).
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Installing wiring, control systems, lighting, power supplies, and other electrical components like panels, switches, and fixtures.
Utilizing basic hand tools including linesman’s, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, cordless drill, and advanced tools including meters, specialty drivers, and cordless tools.
Tracking and executing change orders upon request and approval by Owner/Foreman.
Diagnosing problems in electrical circuits and systems using testing devices and critical thinking skills to find solutions.
Sharing knowledge with other team members to help them grow in their skills.
Driving team alignment and keeping safety, quality, and values front and center.
Success for Electricians at all levels looks like:
Demonstrating progressive knowledge of electronic componentry, network architecture, and programming methods typical of home automation, theater, distributed audio and A/V system installations.
Executing tasks with precision and quality at the forefront.
Having the ability to implement new processes, follow instructions, uphold and exceed industry standards.
Managing competing deadlines and having exceptional organizational skills.
Juggling multiple moving parts while staying focused on results.
Schedule, Pay, Perks:
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Field
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically between 7:30am–4:30pm
Pay: $30-55 per hour, DOE
