Position Title: EXPERIENCED Residential Technician (Technicians and Lead Technicians are wanted)
Company: Window Agency is a leader in the residential market in the Reno surrounding area.
We specialize in residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Our team

Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time to Full Time, 5 days per week, normally Monday through
Friday plus two Saturdays per month during busy season. This is a W-2 position.
Area:
Reno, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas.
Description of Duties:
- Clean one, two, and three story homes (ladder work is necessary) to high quality
standards to completion.
- Services include window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.
- Work with customers throughout the work order to ensure an excellent customer
experience.
- Complete preparation, cleaning work, and clean up using the latest and best equipment.
- Drive, maintain, and stock a Window Agency company truck.
- Complete a Window Agency Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Ladder training
and development program.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must have a cell phone and clean and valid driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work (we provide the work truck).
- Ladder work when necessary. Must be comfortable with heights. Must be able to use a
32 ladder.
- Clean cut in appearance.
- We work in teams. Must be able to lead and connect with people effectively.
- No experience required but any is a plus.
- Must attend mandatory safety meetings.
- Must pass a full panel drug test and background check.
- Must reside in the Reno or immediate surrounding area.

Compensation:
- Performance Percentage Pay (the more you do, the more you make).
- Average weekly pay is $800 to $1000
- Paid bi-weekly.
