With the record growth that we have experienced the last couple of years, we are looking to grow our team! (We are hiring a Service Estimator/Project Manager in Nevada)
Essential Duties: Other duties could be added.
Review and analyze technician recommendations from field service calls to develop an appropriate scope of work to complete roof proposals for clients.
Reviews and evaluates roof conditions by making job site visits and making decisions regarding repairs, install, re-roofs, material needs, etc.
Gather and prepare information from job site walks to develop repair and/or reroof options to submit to estimating and/or prepare proposals as needed.
Maintain the successful bidding, negotiation, and execution of service repair and maintenance work.
Gathers square footages of buildings for maintenance quotes as needed.
Complete service location report writing for proposals as needed, to inform clients of existing roofing conditions found on site.
Work with clients to maintain high-level customer satisfaction, handle complex issue resolution as needed.
Works with Service Superintendent and Service Coordinator to confirm that multiple repair/special projects are manned with correct resources; ensuring that specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule; completing jobs as efficient as possible (within budget) with the highest quality of craftsmanship
Performs quality control inspections and reviews findings with management and field crew.
Develop cut-lists; submittals, generate purchase orders, and purchases job specific material and shop inventory as needed. In addition, generates and responds to RFI's, RFP's, and other miscellaneous communications as needed.
Meet with General Contractors, Building Owners and Property Managers for coordination of projects, quotes, etc.
Follows the Service procedures and processes throughout the workday to manage jobs as needed. Includes contract review, ordering of material, working with Service Coordinator on scheduling, communicating clearly and effectively with both customers and office staff, maintaining a professional demeanor when meeting with customers, etc.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years working as an Estimator or project Manager completing projects on commercial buildings as per typical roofing standards; must have experience completing roof assessments in an effort to pinpoint areas of water intrusion and develop an action plan for repairs.
The knowledge and ability to work on multiple different roofing system types, including but not limited to BUR, single ply, metal, tile and shingled systems.
A minimum of 2 years' experience developing repair plans and preparing information for roof assessment reports, repair proposals, and , maintenance proposals.
