Sunshine Service : Ser. Advisor/Counter Sales Auto Job/Position
Opportunity and position information: Apply to be a team member of one of the most professionally operated and best equipped AAA Approved independent Napa Auto Care Centers in the Reno area.
We are seeking an experienced, friendly and energetic Service Advisor. A professional, with a proven success record and the ability to deliver superior customer service, is desired.
Work with 3 ASE Master Technicians on staff!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule service appointments meet customers and effectively receive vehicle information and repair requests.
Ability to connect with customers, and effectively communicate service recommendations from technicians.
Estimate the cost and time required to complete repairs, order parts and periodically check on the progress of vehicle, keeping customer informed and updated.
Ability to effectively obtain customer approval to perform additional work needed and explain the purpose of any recommended service or repairs.
Maintain service follow-up that encourages repeat and referral business, contributing to high level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 years' minimum experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
Strong desire to succeed, with willingness to exceed customer's expectations, and excel at overall customer service satisfaction.
Computer experience on Napa Tracs and ability to type by touch is a plus
