Job Openings for Welders, General Construction & Landscaping: Laborers, Tradesmen, Technicians, Heavy Equipment Operators, Crew Leaders & Foremen. Seasonal, full-time and career positions available.
We are looking for a lead welder to work in our shop & on job sites doing metal welding & fabrication. We supply the tools and materials. Needs to have experience in the trade with MIG, TIG & Stick. Needs to be able to read shop plans and do parts layout. One year min. and two years or more experience is a plus. This position is part welding and part general construction. So if the welding schedule it light than you would in on the general construction schedule or misc. shop work to keep a full schedule. We are looking a team member and any design / engineering skills are always welcome.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for talented, passionate and motivated people to join our team.
It's required you have skills in at least one trade Welding, (landscaping, excavation/earth work, carpentry, equipment operator, concrete, drywall, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, pools, spas, surveying, CAD, commercial drivers licenses, etc.) and be highly motivated to be cross-trained and work in additional trades.
Must be able to work as part of a team, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills as our projects can be very complex and technical. The ability to read, write and speak fluent English is critical.
Clean driving record and valid CA or NV driver's license.
Pass background check.
