Responsibilities:
Perform on-site window repairs, maintenance, and replacements for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshoot and diagnose window-related issues (e.g., broken seals, cracks, leaks).
Install windows and related hardware according to company specifications and industry standards.
Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing any concerns.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in window installation or repair (preferred, but not required).
Knowledge of window systems, glazing, and related hardware.(preferred, but not required).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
