Valet Ambassadors are the primary point of contact to assist in servicing the needs of the membership and their guests with regards to golf matters. They seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Meeting and greeting members and guests
Valeting member vehicles
Assisting members with questions, directions, and general information
Communicating effectively and respectfully with members, guests, co-workers and management staff
Maintaining a clean, efficient and safe work environment
Assisting in other areas of the club as needed
Physical requirements:
Ability to walk and or stand for an entire 8 hour shift
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 60 pounds for up to ¼ mile
Ability to bend and kneel to assist with small pieces of equipment
Ability to work effectively through an entire shift as member activity fluctuates and dictates
Valet Requirements:
-Must be 21 or over
-Must have a clean DMV record (a copy of which is to be provided after job offer but before first day of work)
-Must have a minimum of three years of licensed driving
-Must be insurable to drive on behalf of Martis Camp
-All employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen (this includes marijuana).
