Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will be working in the healthcare sector, responsible for a variety of tasks including updating employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Responsibilities: Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of employee files and documents Update and maintain employee records with strict adherence to confidentiality Assist in compliance activities related to HR functions Utilize Office Suite and other software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time Handle recruitment tasks including reviewing and updating necessary files for new hires Perform auditing and background checks as necessary Deliver excellent customer service in response to employee inquiries Manage paper filing and electronic filing systems Assist in other HR related tasks as required. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS Knowledge of About Time software Strong auditing skills Experience in conducting background checks Understanding of benefit functions Excellent customer service skills Ability to manage paper filing effectively Experience in filing documents in a structured way Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
