Incumbents function as first-line supervisors who train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; assign and review work; and initiate disciplinary action.This position is located within the Equipment Division, Las Vegas and is on a night shift Monday-Thursday 1:00pm - 11:30pm. Incumbent will purchase, receive, and ship supplies; inventory materials; and maintain related records. Duties include material handling and operating equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and dolly in order to receive freight, parcel posts, UPS, and FedEx deliveries; process purchase orders invoices, charge accounts for payment; maintain audit trails between purchase orders and requisitions; and reconcile purchase credit card statement with invoices and transaction log. Special RequirementsThis position requires a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility at the time of appointment and for continuing employment.Additional Position CriteriaThe hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 1:00pm to 11:30pm. A pre-employment criminal history check is required for this position.
