Job Description:
● Work closely with IT staff and Program Managers (PM) to understand and support the program management process and policies including maintaining accurate documentation, obtaining regular status, administering tasks, and tracking progress (i.e. objectives, requirements, scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, budget reconciliations, internal/external communication)
● Assist in identifying risks and implementing the corresponding resolutions with TPMs and PMs
● Support Program Manager in tracking key hardware/software component deliverables against overall schedule
● Exercise Agile project management best practices
Requirements:
● BA/BS degree in a science or engineering field, or proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in relevant industry
● Basic understanding of Atlassian toolchain, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools/processes
● Strong time-management, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills (both oral and written)
● Understanding of code; comfort with programming/scripting for dash-boarding, data analysis, and basic automation
Desired:
● Experience with Autonomous Driving technology
● Experience in working with hardware and software teams
