We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across the countryReporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on sales and gross contribution goals for Stowers Containment Solutions. You’ll play a key part in positioning Stowers as the supplier of choice by strategically deploying sales and marketing resources, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning efforts with our broader business objectives.Your key responsibilities will be to:Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and gross contribution targets nationally, including oversight of Regional Sales Representatives and collaboration with Customer Service, Showrooms, and website sales.Build core growth capabilities — team, structure, processes, and product portfolio — to support long-term strategic objectives.Drive strategic business growth nationally by growing PPNZ (PPA)-sourced products, expanding sales of other key national products, and leading the strategy and sales growth of new product lines.Manage costs and pricing — including standard price books and quoted pricing — to meet sales targets.Embed and expand the e-commerce platform and sales channel in collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager.Continue refining a demand/forecast-driven stock purchasing and management process.Lead HSES initiatives for sales representatives and provide business-wide leadership in conjunction with the Stowers HSES lead.To be successful in this role, you’ll have:Proven sales experience with an understanding of sales margins and targets.Strong leadership, financial, and commercial acumen.Excellent analytical skills and decision-making abilities.Focused on customer service and continuous improvement.Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.Strategy development and execution.Results driven but future focused.Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience in management.Process improvement knowledge is desirable.
