Supports all lines of business (TM/PM/FM/Ops) and performs administrative duties as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for data collection, data input and/or aggregation and data auditing to support accurate key metric reporting and analysis performed by the organization.Reviews work processes to ensure compliance with business standards and to identify opportunities for process improvements by and among the account lines of business and what technology solutions are available.Reviews accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management and vendors.Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions (SharePoint, PowerApps, etc).Assists in generating Business As Usual (BAU) reports. Supports ad-hoc presentation/analysis development and responds to information requests from management.Coordinates meetings and events for the unit. May arrange for meeting services such as site selection, catering, etc. Prepares and ensures availability of materials to support the event or meeting objectives.Coordinates onboarding for new employees. Orders office equipment and supplies for business unit and arranges installation of equipment replacements or upgrades.Works with account team on presentation development.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESExperience in the use of Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. The minimum salary for the Associae Business Analyst position is $59,000 annually [or $28.37 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Analyst position is $99,000 annually [or $47.60 per hour].
