DescriptionWe are searching for an All-Star Administrative Assistant who can provide support to a busy HR department in the Seacoast Area. Do you have experience sorting through resumes, calling candidates and assisting with the new employee onboarding process? If so, then we want to hear from you!Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Word processing, filing and faxing
Providing administrative support to the HR department
Sorting through resumes and calling qualified applicants
Scheduling appointments
Assisting with the new employee onboarding process
Requirements
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant or HR experience preferred
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
Skilled in juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing appropriately
