If you like making a difference in your community and are passionate about working in a non-profit organization, Seacoast Mental Health is an excellent choice!Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greet all clients and visitors to the Center; receive client payments; schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary; make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; update client demographics and insurance information. Responsible for evening closing procedures. Provide back-up for all other office duties. Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center.Hours: Typically Monday through Thursday 12:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility to provide backup coverage for other front desk support positions if needed. Due to reduced office hours during the COVID-19 situation, the current hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Monday-Thursday hours for this position will shift accordingly as open office hours transition back to normal. This is a full-time position with benefits.
