Wall Industries, a subsidiary of Continental Resources, Inc., is located in Exeter, NH. The company manufactures and markets a full line of DC/DC converters and AC/DC power supplies with an emphasis on modified standard and customized power solutions to a worldwide market. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales person to join our team.

Job Summary:
This Inside Sales position is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the growth of Wall Industries and to assist in enhancing the Wall brand. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide administrative support; including but not limited to: sales order entry, confirmation and expediting, quoting, lead generation and marketing campaign efforts. The ideal candidate will be interested in participating in a broad range of activities that directly and indirectly support the day to day functions and goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations
Handle sales order entries
Update sales orders and e-mail confirmations to customers
Process expedite reports and respond back to customers
Correspond with outside manufacturers representatives and customers
Update forecast reports
Support Regional sales managers as needed
Maintain and update account information, enter new customers data into the systems.
Administrative support to the Marketing Communications Associate and the Inside Sales department as needed
Coordinate the usage of marketing materials with the sales team
Fill literature requests from sales prospects contacting the company
Make effective and efficient use of all company resources including personnel, materials and equipment
Maintain necessary records and files to insure proper accountability of sales quotes, sales calls and e-mails
Follow established company rules and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Operation Manager
Requirements:
Education: Associate Degree or two or more years of well-rounded sales experience
Skills:
BA/BS degree preferred
0 3 years sales/office experience
Must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Solid writing and editing skills
Must be a team player and good at multi-tasking
Desire to learn and contribute to company goals for success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with a CRM database is helpful
