Description: The Project Manager - Fleet Electrification will work closely with the Director of Electric Vehicles & Sustainability to convert strategic initiatives to active programs and lead the execution of both internal and external electrification efforts across our business.
Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
What your day will look like:
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and clients to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and track project budgets and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, develop mitigation plans
Be the point person for managing multiple, in parallel client-side projects - supporting client side counterpart with program execution related to electric vehicle & charging infrastructure deployment
The Skills you bring:
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, occasionally with conflicting or changing priorities
Excellent organizational, time management, change management and record keeping skills
Ability to execute short term & long duration (12+months) programs, without losing track of stated objectives or deliverables
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment with focus on meeting timelines and deadlines
Ability to support proposal writing, reviews and publications
Ability to interface with peers and senior client side executives
The Expertise you have:
5+ years in advanced program management function.
Program management experience in the electric vehicle, charging infrastructure deployment or electrical energy services sectors strongly preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
