Qualifications:
PAY RATE IS: $15.50. Technical Knowledge and Skills: •Minimum High School Diploma •Should possess a minimum of 2 years troubleshooting high speed automated systems •Experience in trouble shooting electrical control circuits •PLC fundamentals •Experience in trouble shooting pneumatic logic •Basic understanding of PLC fundamentals •Working knowledge of servo systems •Demonstrated mechanical skill Abilities: •Ability to delegate tasks and work closely in a team environment •Ability to multi task •Ability to lead and proven strong communication skills •Ability to interpret machine and tooling drawings •Ability to read electrical and pneumatic drawings

Responsibilities:
The Line Technician will provide technical support for the automation team to which they are assigned and will also have machine operating responsibilities. The Line Technician will participate in all aspects of machine operation and will be the lead on addressing technical issues encountered during production. The Line Technician will be responsible for identifying, communicating, and escalating issues to the Area Technician, performing root cause analysis of machine issues and identifying and orchestrating technical training for the Team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Clearing jams (lock-out tag out trained) •Material handling (filling hoppers, etc.) •Meeting all production quality requirements •Line leadership •Accurately complete QC-MFG paperwork •Execute all scheduled PM's on-time •Set up changeovers •Technical training of team •Summarizing technical issues to Area Technician •Implementation of tasks assigned by Area Technician •Overall troubleshooting and repair •Machine Operator duties, as required •This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site). •Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
