Surgical Technician – GeneralCareerStaff Unlimited is currently searching for a Surgical Tech in the New London area! Up to $36 per hour!
10 hour shifts
40 hours weeks
13 week contract

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of CURRENT experience
ROBOTICS EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED
Experience with Ortho, total joints, and spine surgeries - Highly preferred
Scrubbing experience in multiple/variety of surgical specialties/MUST BE A WELL-ROUNDED CST! – Required
Minimum 1 year or more Level I Trauma Center experience - Required
Previous travel experience – Preferred
BLS
NBSTSA - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
MUST have current license in good standing with the board
MUST be detail oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will act as a member of the surgical team
Primarily function in a scrubbing capacity
Might assist in circulating duties in the surgical suite
Maintain aseptic technique while providing a quiet environment in the OR suite
Share in OR suite preparation
Will use and maintain specialized equipment and supplies used for specific surgical procedures
