Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 CompanyExecutive Admin Assistant IMust be able to sit onsite in Washington DCReporting to an executive VP (X level), responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of the organization and its policies and practices. This position also serves as the office manager for the Washington, DC office.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Writes and routes confidential correspondence.

Screens, handles or distributes incoming phone calls.

Maintains confidential correspondence and general files.

Manages office supply inventory, including daily restocking of kitchens, organization and stocking of office supply closets, and ordering supplies as needed.

Manages use of office common areas including conference room space.

Prepares and tracks budgets. Prepares and tracks vendor invoices and payments.

Coordinates and books travel plans. Submits expense reports.

Schedules internal and external meetings, coordinates catering and AV/IT support. Provides calendar management and support.

Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.

Compiles information for reports, documents and proposals.

Collates and assembles materials, makes arrangements for meetings/presentations.

Serves as liaison to building management, facility manager, IT manager, and other office support functions.

Utilizes various software packages such as spreadsheet, word processing, data base and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations and documents.

Researches, verifies and prepares reports.

Creates and maintains databases

Requires a HS diploma, 5+ years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Excellent customer relations and organizational skills as well as excellent understanding of office practices and procedures.

Knowledge of Business English including punctuation, spelling and grammar and knowledge of personal computers and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.).

Excellent typing and keyboard skills.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Must be proficient in MS Suite

Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity.
