Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Effectively manages the analysts and contractors to meet or exceed the health care target costs on a per unit basis.
Must understand budget spends by Primary and Specialty care practices, including behavioral health and other supporting provider networks, and manage these contracts within budget constraints.
Responsible for contracting models, fee schedule development and management, and provider reimbursement.
Support Medicare expansion and narrow network development.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5+ years equivalent work experience in provider contracting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
