Mentor Adult Day Health, a partner of The MENTOR Network, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Program Director

Mentor Adult Day Health is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one of our adult day health programs.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Manage, hire, train, and schedule staff

Develop short and long-term goals for the program.

Direct and supervise all aspects of the program.

Ensure compliance with the standards established by the Department of Health and Human Services and other regulatory and accrediting agencies.

Oversee program safety and emergency evacuation plans.

Seek and use clinical and administrative guidance as needed.

Fiscal Administration of the program.

Establish collaborative relationships to ensure necessary support services are available to members and their families.

Develop and implement the program’s marketing plan.

Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years or older

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a health-related field or

A Registered Nurse licensed in NH or an RN with a multi-state compact license with at least 1 year of experience in a health-related field or

A Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a health-related field

Experience working with adults in a health-care setting preferred

Two years of managerial experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Commitment to quality care, and the multidisciplinary team approach

Competence in CPR and First Aid

Bilingual-Spanish a plus
