Here are the details:

Position: Comm Ops Support

Location: Hudson, NH

Rate: $15.00/hour

Duration: 3+ months - likelihood of extension and converting permanent

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm

MUST HAVE:

Able to work in a high call volume environment, experience in bilingual environments a huge plus (English and Spanish)

Good rapport on the phone and ability to troubleshoot different situations

Experience using MS Outlook and other computer applications to log tickets, calls, schedule meetings, etc

Pass background check and drug screen

NICE TO HAVE:

Bilingual with Spanish

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This role will be involved in pre-calling customers who are looking to have this clients' product installed at their house. They are ideally looking for someone who speaks Spanish for that customer base. They will confirm all of the details for the install and make sure the tech is prepared with all of the necessary equipment.
